MBING GLEAN TAWE is the Dean of Academic Affairs of YIBS. He is currently a PhD fellow of the ICT University U.S.A, Cameroon campus, holds a Master’s Degree in Science of Education (MSc.) from the ICT University, a Bachelor of Technology in Science of Education from CITEC which is affiliated to the University of Bamenda and a Higher National Diploma in Didactics, Curriculum Development and Teaching from the University of Bamenda.
As Dean of Academic Affairs of YIBS, Glean Tawe has as key objectives to be the Academic leader of YIBS and key contact point for students and lecturers, Manager of YIBS academic resources, Representative of YIBS to external bodies on academic issues and to contribute in other key operational areas.
TAWE is highly motivated by some key personalities in education both nationally and internationally. His drive for knowledge has led him to play key roles in educational research by writing published and unpublished articles on how to improve on the management of educational institutions through leadership styles, how to curb indiscipline in schools and how online teaching influences learning.
As the Dean of Academic Affairs of YIBS, Tawe believes in the vision, mission and values of YIBS. With the drive towards making YIBS one of the top business schools both nationally and internationally, Tawe upholds his beliefs and duties with high self-esteem for a better Cameroon.
With Tawe’s 5 years as an experienced educational administrator and Teacher in some prestigious institutions, he has led YIBS to accomplish its academic goals in terms of quality education and online learning on the Moodle learning platform.
The key focus of Tawe in his tenure as the Dean of Academic Affairs is to make YIBS a citadel that develops innovative professionals who are humble, trustworthy, optimistic and confident for a better world as a whole and Cameroon in particular.
